36 W. 8th Street is located on the corner of 8th Street and River Avenue in Downtown Holland.  The second floor office space above jb&me is executive office space.  Lumir Executive Offices includes 17 individual office suites. Prices vary depending on which office suite is available.  Currently, Lumir is building four additional offices in the center of the space which will become available for lease soon.  The offices will be approximately 12 ft x 10 ft each.  They do not have exterior windows but do have privacy with walls to the ceiling.  These will be available for $450 per month.  Rent includes utilities, internet, use of the conference room and kitchenette. A floor spec map is included to show the location of the existing offices and the four new offices will be located where #17, 18, and 19 are shown.
